持久塑性
The reduction of ductility of K17 alloy after post hot-isostatic pressing ( HIP) heat treatment, which increases the high temperature rupture and the tensile properties of the alloy, was investigated in this paper.
K17合金在热等静压后进行再热处理,能提高合金的高温持久与抗拉性能,但其塑性明显下降。
950 ℃/ 12h treatment increased room temperature strength and stress rupture life at high temperature substantially and reduced ductility. However, in spite of it, the alloy still has adequate ductility.
950℃/12h时效显著提高DZ40M合金室温强度和高温持久寿命,同时也减少了合金塑性,但合金仍保持一定的塑性。
